How should I wash my Box…and Scandals?

All machine washable. Pop it in cold (or 30degs is the sweet spot) with low heat tumble or hang dry.

What size fits my Box?

You can see size charts in ‘product selection’. **Insert size chart *** If you are in between sizes - think up for comfort or down for tight like a tiger.

Are you bringing out more colours?

What material do you use?

All pants are 95% cotton and 5% elastic

Can I make multiple orders to the same address?

Of course, but you have to do separate orders. It’s easier to make one big happy family order (and works out cheaper!)

Do I have to subscribe? 

No, please select ‘the make your own’ option and you can tailor your own order. You can choose a one-off purchase or a specific subscription requirement. 

What if I need to cancel my one-time order?

For single orders, email us immediately; we try to ship ASAP on order submission. We’ll always help where we can. 

What’s my order status?

Go onto ‘My Account’ and click ‘Track Shipment’

What if I need to cancel my subscription?

Subscription holders, go into your account and manually suspend, change or cancel your subscription (don’t leave us)

Can I change my subscription to a different product?

ABSOLUTELY! mix it up - you are not tied in at all. Just go onto your account and add what you want and when you want it. Your next shipment will be updated accordingly. Note that it must be minimum 2 weeks before shipment due date.

What is your return policy?

For now, we don’t have one - but please email us we can always see what we can do. 

SHIPPING


My tracking says parcel delivered but the package hasn’t arrived? 

Contact your local carrier. They have full control when the pants are out to delivery. Also have a look to see if it’s been left with a neighbor or its hiding behind the shed? The post man may have tried to leave it in a safe place whilst you are out the house. If still no luck, contact us at helpme@boxandscandal.com 

How long should shipping take?

It will depend on your shipping method of choice but standard local shipping from Hong Kong is 2-5 days; International 9-15 days

Do I have to pay VAT or import taxes? 

You may have to depending on the shipping location. Orders to countries like the United Kingdom and Australia may be subject to VAT, import taxes, and other fees charged by the local customs authority. Sorry, it’s out of our hands. 

Do you do speed shipping?

Yes, please see shipping options during the checkout.

Where do you ship?

Absolutely everywhere we can, it just may cost a bit more to a deserted island.
